Special thanks to H.E. Mr. Dmitry Tsvetkov, Ambassador of the Russian Federation for allowing UYFC’s team to have a courtesy call at the Embassy on the preparation of  Angkor Sangkranta Khmer New Year in Siem Reap from the 13th to 16th April 2014.
The courtesy call accorded to us not only shows H.E. Ambassador’ support for Angkor Sangkranta event, but also for Cambodian youths in the endeavors for their Motherland. In response, H.E. Ambassador welcomes the event and mentions that he will consider joining Angkor Sangkranta in Siem Reap. H.E. Ambassador also expresses his intention to strengthen youth-to-youth cooperation between Cambodia and Russia. At the end of the courtersy call, both parties agree to have meeting to discuss about more concrete cooperation.

“Angkor Sangkranta” is all about unity, solidarity, happiness, harmony, national pride among Cambodians, and the sense of belonging to one Khmer family.
